Butcher’s Apprentice

Get hands on experience working with whole animals directly from the farm. Our butchers will take you under their wing and teach you the craft of breaking, cutting, merchandising, and adding value to meat cuts. No prior experience is necessary. A good attitude and willingness to learn are a must.
